Staff engagement forms an integral part of Our People's Trust and it’s important that staff are involved and feel a sense of ownership from the outset.
Staff survey
Following the announcement in October 2020 that gtd healthcare was being transformed into an employee owned organisation, staff were then asked to vote on their preferred name for the Trust and council.
From the 117 responses received, 45% voted in favour of the Trust being named Our People's Trust. 29% voted for the council to be named Employee Connect Council with People's Voice Council a close second with 25% of votes.
