24/7 mental health crisis helpline
The free 24/7 mental health crisis helpline for all ages is here to help our service users, carers, and people living in Greater Manchester. The service is available if you are worried or anxious about your mental health or feeling as though you are in a mental health crisis and need urgent support and help. Also, you can contact the helpline if you are concerned about a loved one, neighbour, friend or family member.

Crisis Cafe @93
The Crisis Cafe @93 is an out-of-hours supportive community space open to anyone from Manchester, Bolton, Salford and Trafford, experiencing a mental health crisis. The cafe offers support and advice from qualified mental health practitioners and support staff in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Please phone ahead before dropping-in.

National Suicide Prevention
The National Suicide Prevention service helps anyone who may be struggling with their mental health and/or thoughts of suicide. Volunteers use their skills, training and empathetic approach to offer a non-judgmental listening ear to help people in what could be their darkest hour. They aim to signpost individuals to the most relevant support available to them at that time, to get them the help they deserve.
